Reliance Jio continues to hold the top position among telecom operators in Haryana’s mobile and home broadband segments, according to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s (TRAI) report for April 2026. The company’s mobile subscriber base in the state stood at 83.03 lakh, while its JioHome fixed broadband service had 6.25 lakh subscribers, the data showed.

TRAI figures put Jio’s net addition for the month at over 83,000 mobile subscribers and more than 15,000 JioHome subscribers, both the highest among operators in Haryana for April. The company said its broadband rollout has extended into the state’s rural belt as well as urban centres, an expansion it has tied to growing demand for high-speed internet access outside city limits.

Jio’s home broadband push centres on its set-top box, which bundles live television, OTT streaming apps, gaming and JioPC — a cloud-based virtual desktop service — into a single device. The company said the offering has found takers across a wide subscriber base in the state, including students, small business owners, farmers and salaried professionals.

In a statement, Jio cited its current home broadband plans, which it said start at Rs 555.5 a month under a cricket-season pack priced at Rs 2,222, with no installation charges. The company said the plans include high-speed broadband, a voice-enabled set-top box with access to over 1,000 digital TV channels and 12 OTT apps, along with add-ons such as Google Gemini Pro and 5,000 GB of Google cloud storage.
